Certificate of Analytical Conformity for Organic Wines

Since 2012, European regulations stipulate that the production of organic wines is authorised, subject to analytical conformity.

The parameters analysed are: glucose & fructose, actual alcoholic strength by volume, total acidity, pH, malic acid, volatile acidity, free SO2, total SO2 and CO2.

250ml of wine or packaged sample

“Auto-control” Analysis

This analysis is obligatory in order for a wine to conform to AOP wine specifications.  It can be requested before or after bottling, and includes raw wines, notably for bulk transactions.

The parameters analysed are: glucose & fructose, actual alcoholic strength by volume, total acidity, pH, malic acid, volatile acidity, free SO2, total SO2 and CO2

Certificate of Conformity for Exportation

The laboratory carries out analysis reports specific to exportation. The parameters analysed are as follows, and may vary depending on the country of despatch: glucose & fructose, actual alcoholic strength by volume, total acidity, pH, malic acid, volatile acidity, free SO2, total SO2 and CO2.

Competition Analysis - CGA

The laboratory carries out dedicated analysis reports for wines being presented at competitions. The parameters are as follows, and may vary depending on the type of competition: glucose & fructose, actual alcoholic strength by volume, total acidity, pH, malic acid, volatile acidity, free SO2, total SO2 and CO2.

Sample size :

Raw tank sample, packaged sample or a collected sample

Results in :

1 to 2 days

 

Official IGP Internal Control Analysis

This analysis is obligatory in order for a wine to conform to IGP wine specifications.  It is requested when presenting IGP wines at internal control tastings.

The parameters analysed are: glucose and fructose, actual alcoholic strength by volume, total acidity, pH, malic acid, volatile acidity, and total SO2.
